Newspapers have stopped production.

Where we last left off, Troop 153 was going to restation. But this was greeted with great doubt. Our "Hero" is a sceptic of this idea.

All the while, America is falling apart at the seams. Stocks have reached an all time low, suicide and homicide rates have risin to new numbers. And many law enforcers have become somewhat of loose cannons.
